Shakti is an initiative designed to promote gender equality and empower women in various aspects of life. It aims to provide opportunities, resources, and support to women to enhance their economic, social, and political status. This project will address critical issues that women face in our community and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society.

Our organization operates with a clear set of objectives in Women Empowerment:

1. Economic Empowerment:

• Provide skills training and financial literacy programs to help women secure employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Create a platform for microfinancing or grants to support women-owned businesses.

2. Education and Skill Development :
   • Promote education and vocational training to enhance women’s skills and employability.
   • Organize workshops and mentorship programs to facilitate career growth and personal development.
3. Health and Well-being:
   • Raise awareness about women’s health issues and provide access to healthcare resources.
   • Provide sanitary pads to adolescent girls for improving of health awareness /status in community.
   • Support mental health programs and self-care initiatives for women.
4. Social and Political Empowerment:
   • Promote women’s participation in decision making.
   • Raise awareness about women’s rights and advocate for gender-responsive policies.
5. Community Engagement:
   • Organize events and initiatives that celebrate women’s achievements and contributions.
